How do I use these inserts?
You can place the insert inside the pocket of a cloth diaper or directly on top of the diaper. For overnight use, you may use more than one insert to increase absorbency.
How should I wash the inserts?
Wash in cold to warm water using a gentle detergent without bleach. You can hang them to dry in the sun or use a machine dryer on low to medium heat.
