Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum order value. The free rate is applied automatically at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and India. Shipping to India is charged at checkout (a flat ₹379 standard rate). We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Do you offer express shipping?

Not at the moment. All US orders ship with our free Standard Shipping service, which typically arrives 3–7 business days after dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (orders placed after hours, on weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day). US delivery then takes about 3–7 business days; India delivery about 7–21 business days depending on customs.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships you receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a tracking link. You can also see tracking from your order history under Account, or visit our Order Tracking page.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original unopened packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons opened diapers, wipes and similar personal-care items cannot be returned. To start a return, email accounts@babyonestop.com with your order number; items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Do you have active discount codes or promotions?

There are no active discount codes right now. Current markdowns are shown directly on product pages and in the Weekly Deals and Clearance collections.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

We currently sell to individual customers only and do not offer wholesale pricing or business accounts.

Do you have retail store locations?

BabyOneStop is an online store. We do not have physical retail locations; all orders are placed through babyonestop.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay (including installments) and PayPal. Checkout is encrypted and processed by Shopify Payments.
